The design of this innovative double storey house was carefully considered due to an extremely narrow block and potential city views.
The design for this double storey house required a carefully considered concept. Factors such as proximity to the main road, sewer line easement, an extremely narrow block and potential for city views meant that an innovative approach by CU Building Group was critical. After extensive communications with the local council, this very unique house was finally approved and construction started on 20 August. Since then we have successfully reached multiple key milestones and should reach full lock up just before Christmas.
