CU Building Group were engaged by the client to design and fit out a Sushi Train restaurant within a class two apartment building, with resident apartments above and underground carpark below. Our careful attention and comprehensive knowledge regarding class two building code compliance such as health requirements, fire and acoustic rating as well as specific alarms ensured that the whole project was able to be completed smoothly with the client being very happy with the end result.
