Development comprising of 4 grouped units, including 2 single and 2 double storey designs, located just opposite century park in Belmont. All four houses were thoughtfully designed to capitalise on the beautiful park views with the common driveway running through the middle of the development.
CU Building Group managed all facets of this project, including land selection, feasibility, market research, development application, building design, construction, fit-out and sales. The final design was confirmed based on a combination of market response, construction cost, park views and council requirements. This Project was completed on time and all were sold.
