Hamilton Street is a group of six units that meet all the class two building code requirements whilst maintaining the functional aesthetic of a modern group of six town houses.
Hamilton Street is a Class 2 building with all the hallmarks of modern town house design. Our client really liked the location of this block and wanted to develop six town houses on it. They were trying to avoid a small apartment development due to the market response in Cannington, but didn’t realise that the council had changed the planning policy for this area and only allow for (class 2) apartment developments. In order to meet both the client’s expectation and align with the local council’s planning policy, CU Building Group developed a very smart building design. This design met all of the class two building code requirements whilst maintaining the functional aesthetic of a modern group of six town houses.
