INTRODUCING OUR DIRECTOR – MAX JIA
Standing at the forefront of CU Building Group is our inspiring leader and Director, Max Jia. Having graduated from The University of Sydney with qualifications in Civil Engineering and Project Management, Max is also a registered builder (BC102465) and has always had a love of property from an early age.
The inception of CU Building Group
With a career spanning numerous years in various construction companies throughout both Western Australia and New South Wales, Max found himself motivated to begin a company which offered a complete property service for local and international clients looking to secure a peace of property within Western Australia. As a result, CU Building Group was erected and to this day, the company continues to grow from strength to strength, with clients placing their complete trust in CU delivering unmatched service in a highly competitive industry.
Foundations of exceptional service
Known and respected for his attention to detail, alongside his skills in accurate cost estimation and tracking, Max’s personable approach to business has seen him enjoy much success throughout his career. Fluent in both English and Chinese and equipped with exceptional customer service skills, Max is known for his project management skills working across a range of projects of up to AU$30,000,000 from residential homes, group dwellings and customised luxury homes, through to multi-story developments.

Alongside his experience and qualifications in engineering, Max brings with him an established network of contacts, acquired through his various memberships including the Institute of Engineers Australia, Master Builders Association (MBA), Housing Industry Association (HIA) and Wesbuilders Co-operative. It is this very network which benefits our clients the most, with Max constantly keeping a close eye on each of our ongoing projects, to ensure our clients are well looked after and receiving the quality that CU Building Group is known for.
